Each Monday we ask you that you check in with your progress for the week. Starting today (Monday, March 4), comment on this post with the following: Your weight. Even if weight loss or gain is not your goal, it's important that we track your weight to make sure you're on track to meet your goals (gain, lose, or maintain).
