Quick & Easy Creamy Vegan Buffalo Bean Dip


This is perfect for an appetizer, and also great for sandwiches and wraps. Serve with veggies or crackers.


Ingredients & Instructions

  • 1 can chickpeas

  • 1 can cannellini beans

  • 1/2 cup cashews, soaked for 1 hour (for a lower fat version skip the cashews--still delicious, but less "creamy" and "cheesy" tasting)

  • 3/4 cup hot sauce

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Chives (optional)

Blend everything until smooth and top with chives. That’s it! Serve warm or cold.
