Eggless Salad Sandwich

I was missing my egg-salad sandwiches, so I set out on a quest to find something to quell this craving. My friends, This. Is. It. It's so easy, that I'm excited to grab the ingredients and throw this together several times a week! It's also very forgiving and versatile, so if sometimes you're feeling like throwing in some olives (egg n olive salad, anyone?) or celery instead of cukes, my bet is on the fact that you're still going to enjoy every last bite!
