During our groups, a strong, like-minded community is created as we share experiences, tips, challenges, successes, recipes, and weekly goals.
In addition to creating strong relationships, your certified health and wellness coaches provide information, resources, and support as we guide you through your journey to wellness.
Once registered, join us for group on Thursdays from 5:30-7pm EST online via Zoom (with face-to-face meetings resuming once social distancing restrictions are lifted). The first 30 minutes of group is devoted to the specific needs of beginners, and every group includes a food prep demonstration. Once face-to-face meetings resume, these will take place at 1577 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620.
