These are yummy and healthy (and kid-friendly!). Great to keep on hand when you just need a little snack.
1/3 cup almond butter
2-3 tbsp oat flour (just grind oats in a blender to make the flour)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
1-2 tbps raisens
1/4 cup shredded coconut
In a small bowl, mix almond butter, oat flour, and maple syrup until well combined.
Mix in the raisins and chocolate chips.
Take a small scoop of the mixture and roll in your hand to make balls. This recipe makes about 6-7 balls.
Roll each ball in the coconut. Place the finished balls in an air tight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
