Coconut almond bliss balls

These are yummy and healthy (and kid-friendly!). Great to keep on hand when you just need a little snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond butter

  • 2-3 tbsp oat flour (just grind oats in a blender to make the flour)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1-2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips

  • 1-2 tbps raisens

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix almond butter, oat flour, and maple syrup until well combined.

  2. Mix in the raisins and chocolate chips.

  3. Take a small scoop of the mixture and roll in your hand to make balls. This recipe makes about 6-7 balls.

  4. Roll each ball in the coconut. Place the finished balls in an air tight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
